SMPL Pet Co Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to a SMPL Pet Co product, you agree to recurring deliveries on the cadence you select (every 2 or 3 months).

What you get
- 15% off every recurring order on a single product subscription
- Up to 30% off when subscribing to multiple products together
- Free UK shipping on every recurring subscription order

How billing works
You'll be charged on the day of each delivery cycle using the payment method on file. We'll email you 3 days before each charge so you can review, skip, or change your order. The charge amount, frequency, and total annual cost are shown on the product page before you subscribe.

Changing or cancelling
You can pause, change, swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account at smplpet.co/account/subscriptions. Cancellation is immediate — no notice period, no cancellation fee.

Your rights
Under the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first delivery. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your first order and receive a full refund of that order.
